General Questions

No, you can shop on Fervous.com as a guest.

You will need to enter an email at checkout so that you can receive the receipt for your order, and so the seller(s) can communicate with you and send tracking information.

Joining Fervous is free, however.  In doing so, you have the benefits of being able to visit your “my account” page to see past transactions, leave reviews and ratings for your orders, create wishlists, and enjoy your profile page and social interaction within Fervous.

When you make a purchase or purchases on Fervous, you are buying from individual shops- sellers who run their own businesses and use Fervous as a platform to sell their handmade, vintage or crafting supply goods.

Each seller/shop is going to have different policies, shipping rates, processing times, etc.

If you have any questions about an item or order, please contact the shop owner directly.  Each shop owner has a profile page, and can receive messages.

Through the use of Fervous.com, buyers and sellers will create legally binding contracts for the sale of goods and services. Both parties are expected to fulfill the arrangement for the purchase and sale of goods and or services.

In the event of a dispute, first and foremost, buyers and sellers should use the messaging system within Fervous to attempt to resolve a dispute regarding a transaction on fervous.com. Use every reasonable attempt and known channel to directly contact the party with which you are conducting a transaction- buyer or seller- before contacting Fervous admin.

For disputes which are not being resolved that need attention, please contact Fervous through our support forums or via our contact page. We will reply promptly to assist. While we will always attempt to maintain a safe, free trade environment, Fervous has no obligation to mitigate or resolve disputes between users and other parties. Fervous encourages users to use the proper local, national or international authorities to assist in dispute resolution.

Transactions are conducted through STRIPE, so any financial refunds or charge backs will occur within the Stripe system.

Please contact support@fervous.com with any questions or to notify us of a possible dispute.

Fervous is a marketplace of independent shops, so refunds, returns, and exchanges are handled by each seller individually.  Each seller will set their own shop policies- which should be shown under their seller info section or with their shipping policies.

Most sellers will do their very best to make sure that their customers are pleased and satisfied with their purchase(s).

If you have any concerns, please reach out to the seller before making a purchase from their shop.
